Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. The class includes cardio, strength, flexibility and balance training. The workouts are designed for a pregnant woman’s changing body and taught by instructors certified in ACOG guidelines. This program caters to each individual moms fitness level and stage of pregnancy. This class is for moms only.
