5 Beauty picks so you can “Fall” into a New YOU

0

Let’s be honest there is nothing wrong with the old YOU, but summer is over and gone are the days of relaxation, sunbathing and not having a care in the world. As we gotten ourselves ready for the new school year we might notice some sun spots on our skin or some new dare I say it? Wrinkles 🙁

I love trying make up and skincare products. I get asked daily about what skincare line I use or make up. I chose 5 of my favorite picks for you. I hope you find them helpful and easy enough to incorporate into your routine.

1. For Cleansing your Face

Even though there are many organic lines out there Eminence Organics is the most respectable with all the seals and certifications and the number one line in spas. The natural beauty group website also sells samples in case you don’t want to commit to a full-size product without trying it first. You can also find it in your local Charles Penzone if you want to try it out, and while you there treat yourself to a facial as well wink wink.

  • For even skin tone and to reduce the appearance of blemishes the Stone Crop Gel Wash is one of my favorites. It smells heavenly like most of their products and does a great job cleansing your face without drying it.

2. We cleansed our face so the next step is making it soft and hydrated. For moisturizing, my top two picks are the:

  • Red Currant Protective Moisturizer with SPF 30. SPF is very important even in those months that the sun is hiding. The harmful UV lights are still reaching through so protection is a must!

3. For Your Eyes only. Eyes are not only the windows to our souls. They are what sets the tone on our face and how others see us. You don’t need puffiness, wrinkles, dark circles etc. to ruin your day.

4. Now that you have taken care of hydrating your eyes our next step is Lashes and Brows! As we age the quality and quantity of our lashes and eyebrows diminish. There are too many serums out there that have way too many harmful chemicals that do more harm than good. Fret no more the holy grail of serums… Plume. It has a hefty price tag but it is definitely worth it.

  • Plume lash and brow enhancing serum with only ingredients you can pronounce and recognize, this little miracle bottle comes from Canada. There are many online retailers but I attached the company’s one so you can check out their story.

5. Last but not least let’s pay attention to our deodorant. I don’t even know where to begin with all those harsh chemicals that go to our most sensitive glands and directly into our body. This company teamed up with the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and you can get a free sample so no gimmicks or hidden charges. Out of all the natural deodorants I tried this is by far the best it lasts with only one application. I’m a fitness instructor so smelling fresh is a must 😉

Disclaimer: I have purchased all those products on my own and these are my honest opinions.  I’m not affiliated with these companies in any way I’m just a happy customer who wanted to share her experience with you.
