The Christmas Season is upon us, which means it’s time to write our beloved letters to Santa Claus. Wondering what to do with the letters once your kids write them? There are several options!
It will make the experience much more meaningful to find a mailbox around town. It will be even better when a return envelope turns up in YOUR mailbox, from the one and only, Santa Claus! Check out the list below for a mailbox near you.
Santa Mailbox Locations:
Location: On level 2 near Photos with Santa
Details: Children can bring their own letters to Santa or use the provided stationary while they wait to get their picture taken with Santa. The Santa mailbox will be set up from November 17-December 24.
Location: 777 High Street, use the north entrance of the Griswold Center.
Details: The mailbox is located at the front entrance and even sings a little jingle for you as you drop your letter in the box. As long as you include your return address, the Center will send a letter back from Santa! The mailbox will be starting November 20 and run through December 18, 2017.
Location: 7232 East Main Street, located in front of City Hall.
Details; You can begin to drop off letters beginning Monday, November 27, 2017- December 18, 2017.
Reynoldsburg is also offering phone calls from Santa on December 6 and 7, 2017 between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. You must be a local Reynoldsburg resident to participate and complete the form on their website and return it to the Reynoldsburg Park and Recreation Office with ATTN: Santa attached to the form. It must be submitted by November 27. For more information on calls, click here.
Location: Municipal Center (Kenny Road Parking Lot)
Details: November 24, 2017-December 15, 2017
Location: 350 N Cleveland Ave.
Details: You will need to fill out the form which is located on page 26 of the Community Guide, which can be found below. Return the form with $1 per address to the front desk of the Community Center and Santa will send you a return letter! It must be turned in by November 30, 2017.
Phone Calls from Santa: You must live in the Westerville School District and submit your form and calls will be made on December 12 and 14.
Santa’s Mailbox will show up on Wednesday, November 22, 2017- Friday, December 15, 2017.
Location: The front of City Hall located at 100 Lockville Rd, Pickerington, Ohio. Please include your return address so that Santa can get back to you!
Location: The Caretaker’s Cottage at Schiller Park will have Santa’s mailbox this year at 1069 Jaeger St.
Details: The mailbox will be set up December 3-December 22. It is being sponsored by the Friends of Schiller Park.
Macy’s Department Store
Location: Check out the mailbox at all Macy’s locations throughout Columbus.
Details: The best part is, for each letter that is received, Macy’s will donate $1 to the Make a Wish Foundation. Keep the spirit alive! National Believe Day will be celebrated on December 8th.
Location: Hilliard’s Station Park (located at the corner of Main and Center streets). There is a second location at the Hilliard Community Center as well.
Details: Remember to include a self-addressed envelope so that Santa knows where to return it. This will be available December 1, 2017- December 14, 2017
Location: 47 Hall Street, Powell, Ohio
Details: Download the template from their website to write to Santa. November 27, 2017- December 11, 2017. They will have an opportunity for children to write letters to Santa during the annual Holidays in Powell event from 2-5:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2. They will move the mailbox inside the Municipal Building so children can immediately put their letter in the box.
Location: 3378 Park Street, Grove City
Details: November 27, 2017- December 3, 2017. To receive a response from the jolly, old elf, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with every letter.
Location: 5955 West Broad St, Galloway, OH 43119
Details: November 27-December 17, 2017. To guarantee delivery, include the child’s full name, complete address with zip code and postage.
