We have done the research, and know we are offering you top-notch, trusted professionals who are credentialed experts in their areas.

With our large team, overlapping services, and personal experience referrals when your needs take you outside of our Center, we take the time to assign, and give you access to, the professional(s) that are right for your family and your situation.

We are both a therapist-run and family-owned business and it shows. With our trusted and talented team and network of services and companies working together as one, our patient and family-centered care are unmatched. Here we are, all under one roof, ready to treat the whole-person from multiple perspectives. We look at the root causes and save you from the run-around of visiting several sites or trying out treatment options, maximizing your time, your funding AND your outcome.

New Spring Special Education

At New Spring, we help individuals with disabilities achieve their behavioral and educational goals. We serve individuals with all types of disabilities, including those with physical and Intellectual Disabilities. Our passion is to ensure every person, regardless of developmental stages, can learn and experience joy and autonomy in life. So often, students with disabilities have splinter skills or holes in academic, social, and behavioral areas. Teachers often have limited time, resources, and support to fulfill the many needs of students with disabilities. Sometimes students are struggling to meet their IEP goals. Other times, behaviors or social deficits stand in the way of student success. Still, other individuals may have physical disabilities that make it difficult for them to communicate or be independent. Whatever the challenge may be, our goal is to help our clients be as independent and have as much self-efficacy as possible. For more information please e-mail us at [email protected] or give us a call at 614-588-8515.

Alison Roark Counseling Services

At Alison Roark Counseling, I strive to help families make positive permanent change through a variety of methods. I practice from a holistic and integrative perspective which includes looking at all facets of the individual’s life and using appropriate interventions to help clients feel better. My focus is working with children and adolescents who struggle with behavior problems including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, OCD and other Anxieties as well as Depression and other Mental Health problems. This is often accomplished from a Cognitive Behavioral Approach. However, I use a wide variety of tools to help your child improve their behavior and gain new skills. I always include parents or other caregivers in the child’s treatment. No child or family is the same so no treatment looks exactly the same. I will tailor a plan to meet you and child’s specific needs. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from Miami University (2007) and Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Dayton (2009). I have extensive experience working with children and families in a variety of settings including agency mental health, in-home behavior therapy, and private practice and would be happy work with you or your child.  For more information please contact Alison at [email protected] or 614.309.9184.
